Rates
Hourly rate of $185/50 min session for individuals and $200/50 min sessions for couple or family appointments.
Initial free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss my approach and your expectations.
Insurance
Covered by most health insurance or employee benefit plans.
I am happy to discuss this with you.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Special consideration given to college or university students paying for counselling themselves.

Payment
Cash, cheque, and e-transfer are due at the time of the appointment. Receipts will be emailed after the session.
Schedule
In-office appointments are available at my office at Yonge and Finch (Toronto).
Phone and video counselling sessions use the secure doxy.me or On Call Health sites. Day, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

Cancellation Policy
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the counselling session as booked. Someone else may have been waiting for your appointment time.
